About our association

The Gurnee Citizen Police Academy Association Alumni is a volunteer group made up of members who are graduates of the Gurnee Citizen Police Academy.

The Citizen Police Academy introduces the community to police investigations, evidence collection, K9 operations, traffic stops, defensive tactics, drones, mental health response and more, all while engaging with the officers and specialists who serve our community.
